1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the My World OS Platform, the MYT token sale, wallet, staking, cashback, forum or any related service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where participation in token sales is prohibited by law.
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with your local laws and regulations.
3. The MYT Token Sale
The Seed Round is offered at $0.02 per MYT, Pre-Sale at $0.05 and TGE at $0.10. Token sale terms, including price, supply and round schedules, are described on the Platform and may change.

4. Accounts & Security
- You are responsible for keeping your email, password and API credentials confidential.
- You must provide accurate information at registration and keep it up to date.
- Report any unauthorized access to your account immediately.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, including spamming, fraud or abuse of the referral program.
5. Wallet & Staking
- The wallet aggregates balances and lets you deposit, withdraw, swap, stake and earn cashback.
- Staking locks MYT for a chosen term. Unstaking before the term may be limited or subject to the terms shown at the time of staking.
- Rewards are calculated and distributed as shown on the Platform. Rates are estimates and can change.
- Fiat balances are not insured by any government deposit insurance scheme.
6. Referral Program
Referral bonuses are credited as described on the Platform. We may withhold or reverse bonuses that result from self-referrals, duplicate accounts or fraudulent activity.
7. Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, its servers or other users' accounts.
- Do not reverse-engineer, scrape or disrupt the Platform.
- Do not post unlawful, defamatory or harmful content in the forum or community features.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data or assets, arising from your use of the Platform or participation in the token sale.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
